Why a Concord locksmith is called Patriot
Patriot Lock And Key is a small mobile locksmith company run by Soufiane Gmira. The name has a story, the way we work has a few rules, and you can check every claim on this page.
LOCKSMITH LIC. LCO 8138CA BSIS · tap to verifyNamed for a great-grandfather who served
Soufiane Gmira named the company after his great-grandfather, who fought in Vietnam. The respect for people who served that came with that story never left him.
That respect is also a policy. Every active duty service member and every veteran gets a discount from Patriot. There is no form to fill out. Just mention it when you call.
Soufiane is the principal named on our state locksmith license, so there is a real person who answers for every job.
Three things we do not bend on
The price comes before the tools
You get a ballpark on the phone. At the door we look at the lock, then tell you the final number. Nothing gets touched until you say yes.
No damage is the first plan
Picks and bypass tools first. If a lock really has to be drilled, you hear why before it happens, and it only happens with your yes.
A real name on the license
The company license carries a person's name, not just a logo. That person answers for the work, and you can look the license up.
If the last locksmith left you uneasy
Some people call us after a bad time with another company: a price that changed halfway, a lock drilled for no reason, nobody to call afterward. Being careful about who works on your locks is reasonable. Here is what you can check before and after we arrive.
Based in Concord, working out of a van
There is no storefront. The van carries the tools, the hardware and the key machine, and it drives to you. That is how we work across Contra Costa County, out to the edge of the Tri-Valley in Danville, Pleasanton and Castro Valley, down to Union City, and over the bridge into Marin, from Novato to Sausalito.
We work seven days a week, 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. Se habla español: call the same number and ask.
Who you are calling
A licensed locksmith company with a named person on the license who answers for it, a van that comes to you, homes, cars and businesses, and a price you hear before the work starts.
