Door shut behind you? We come to you and get you back in
Keys on the counter, the dog on the other side of the door, dinner getting cold. Call and the van heads your way, seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. Picks and bypass tools come first, so the lock usually survives the visit.

Every kind of locked door
Locked out of the house
Front door, back door or the door in from the garage. Most home locks open with picks or a bypass tool, and you go back inside with the same lock you had.
Apartment or condo
The building door, the unit door, sometimes both. If the manager has a spare and can get there sooner, that is the quicker fix. If not, call us.
Car or trunk
Keys on the driver's seat, or in the trunk with the groceries. We open it without damage. If the key is lost and not locked inside, a new one is made on the same visit.
Business door at opening time
Staff on the sidewalk and a delivery at the curb. We open storefronts, offices and back doors, and rekey on the same visit if the keys are gone for good.
Storage unit
The key to the padlock or disc lock is missing. Bring the rental paperwork for the unit, and we open it and replace the lock if it has to come off.
Bedroom or bathroom door
A child pushed the button and shut the door, or the knob locked behind you. Interior privacy locks open fast, and we leave them working.
What happens when you call
- Tell us where you are and what is lockedThe address, the kind of door or car, and whether a pet, a child or something on the stove is inside.
- Ballpark and arrivalFrom your description you get a ballpark price and an honest idea of when the van can be there.
- Proof before we openFor a home, proof that you live there: a photo ID with the address, a lease or a utility bill. For a car, proof that it is yours.
- Final price at the doorThe technician looks at the lock and confirms the price before any tool touches it. Say no and you owe nothing.
- Open, then check the lockOnce you are in, we make sure the lock still works and hand you an itemized receipt with our license number.
We open it. We do not break it.
Picks and bypass tools come first, every time, and most doors open that way and keep their lock. Drilling is the last resort. If a lock truly has to be drilled, you hear why and what it changes in the price, and nothing happens until you say yes.
If the lock turns out to be worn or broken, repair often does the job. When it does not, we can replace it on the same visit.

Open until 11:30 at night, every day
Lockouts do not wait for office hours, so neither do we. Friday night, Sunday morning, the middle of a long weekend: the phone is answered from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM.
Straight talk about price
On the phone you tell us what happened, and we give you a ballpark based on that. When the technician arrives, the first thing he does is look at the lock and make sure it matches what you described. A door that sounded simple can turn out to be a different story, and sometimes it is the other way around.
Then you hear the final number, before a single tool touches the lock. You decide, and only then we start. No surprises on the bill, and the receipt carries our license number, LCO 8138.
Asked while standing at the door
Will you have to drill my lock?
Almost never. Picks and bypass tools come first. If drilling turns out to be the only way, you hear why before we do it, and we drill only after you say yes.
What do I need to show before you open my home?
Proof that you live there, such as a photo ID with the address, a lease or a utility bill in your name. We ask everyone, and it protects you too.
What hours do you take lockout calls?
From 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week, weekends included. Outside those hours, send the form and we call you back when we open.
My keys are locked in the car. Can you get them out without damage?
Yes. We open the door or the trunk with tools made for the job and hand you the keys. We ask for proof the car is yours first.
How much does a lockout cost?
It depends on the lock and the door. You get a ballpark on the phone from your description, and the technician confirms the final price before he starts. If you say no, you owe nothing.
