When a business door will not lock, latch or let people out
The keys are at home and the staff is waiting outside. A key left with someone who no longer works for you. The storefront lock spins in your hand. We service, repair and replace the hardware on the doors you already have, and you hear the price before the work starts.

The calls that start a commercial job
Locked out of your own business
Keys on the kitchen counter at home, a cylinder that finally gave up. We open the door without hurting it whenever the hardware allows, so the day can start.
Someone left and kept a key
A rekey changes the pins inside the cylinders. Every old key stops working, the locks stay on the doors, and new keys go only to the people on your list.
The storefront lock spins or will not throw
Glass and aluminum doors use narrow deadlocks and hookbolts with their own cylinders. We repair or replace them to fit the cutout already in the frame.
The closer slams, or the door drifts open
We set the sweep and latch speed, rebuild what can be rebuilt, and replace a leaking closer with one sized for that door.
The exit device sticks
A panic bar has to let people out with one push and still keep the door secure. We repair the latches, rods, outside trim and dogging, or replace the device.
Keys everywhere, no record
We lay out a master key system so each person opens only the doors they need, on a restricted keyway whose blanks are not sold over the counter.
The hardware that keeps a door doing its job
Most commercial calls are about a door that is already there. We keep the door, fix what is wrong with it, and add what it needs.
A free estimate at the door, not a guess on the phone
Several doors, a new master key system or new hardware: the price depends on what is actually there, so we come out, look at each door and give you the exact price on site. The estimate is free and there is no obligation.
If you go ahead, the scope and the price go in writing before anything is ordered. We focus on service, repair, replacement and installs at existing doors.

How we price work on a business door
For a lockout or a single repair, tell us about the door and the hardware on the phone and you get a ballpark. The technician checks it on arrival and gives the final price before any tool touches the door. If you say no to the work, you owe nothing.
For bigger jobs the on-site estimate is free and the exact number is given right there. Every invoice is itemized and carries our license number, LCO 8138.

Fleet car keys, made at your lot
A lost key to a work truck, or a new driver who needs a set: we cut and program keys at the vehicle, smart keys and push-to-start fobs for most makes included. Each vehicle has to be there, and programming usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes per vehicle.
For a fleet we try to do every vehicle in one visit. If the cars cannot sit, we come early in the morning before the workday, on a weekend, or in two batches so the rest stay on the road. Bring proof of ownership and ID.
What business owners ask first
An employee left with a key. Do we need new locks?
Usually not. A rekey changes the pins inside the cylinders, so the old keys stop working and the locks stay on the doors. New locks make sense when the hardware itself is worn out or you want a heavier grade.
What is a restricted keyway?
A key profile whose blanks are not sold at hardware stores or key kiosks. Copies are cut only through the locksmith who holds the system, for people on a list you approve, so nobody can duplicate a key on a lunch break.
Is the on-site estimate really free?
Yes, for bigger jobs like several doors, a master key system or new hardware. We look at the doors, give you the exact price there, and you decide. If you say no, you owe nothing.
Can you fix the lock on our glass storefront door?
Yes. Most aluminum storefront doors use a narrow deadlock or hookbolt with a mortise cylinder. We repair or replace the lock body, the cylinder or the thumbturn, fitting the existing cutout wherever it allows.
Can you come before we open or after we close?
Yes, within our hours: seven days a week, 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. Many owners book the start of the morning or the evening so the door is never out of service while customers are inside.
