This site is here to explain what we do and how to reach us. A few things on it need a word of context, and this page gives it.
Prices on the phone are estimates
A price given on the phone is a ballpark built from your description. The technician confirms the final price on site, after seeing the lock, and before any work starts. The terms of service explain how that works.
Arrival times
How soon we can get to you depends on traffic, distance and where the van is when you call. Any arrival time we give you is our honest estimate, not a guarantee. We are open seven days, 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM, and we tell you if we are running late.
What the site says about our work
When the site describes jobs we have done or how a job usually goes, it describes the past and our usual method. Every lock, door and vehicle is different, so it is not a promise that your job will go exactly the same way.
The "Did you know" facts
The short "Did you know" notes on the city pages come from the public sources named under each one. They are offered for interest. They are not legal, historical or building code advice, and the original source is the place to check if something matters to you.
Do not try this on locks you do not own
Nothing on this site is instructions. Do not try to pick, drill, bypass or force a lock or a safe on a door, vehicle or safe that is not yours or that you do not have permission to open. Even on your own property, forcing a lock often turns a short job into a replacement. Call instead.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we do not run, such as Google, the state license lookup and sources for the city facts. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
