Car keys made where the car is
The van carries a key cutting machine and programming tools, so a lost key does not mean a tow to the dealer. We cut the blade, program the chip or the smart key, and test it with you before we leave.
Spare keys, broken fob shells, trunk and car lockouts all go on the same call.
Straight talk about price
On the phone you tell us what happened, and we give you a ballpark based on that. When the technician arrives, the first thing he does is look at the lock and make sure it matches what you described. A door that sounded simple can turn out to be a different story, and sometimes it is the other way around.
Then you hear the final number, before a single tool touches the lock. You decide, and only then we start. No surprises on the bill, and the receipt carries our license number, LCO 8138.
A name on the license
Patriot is run by Soufiane Gmira, the principal named on our state locksmith license. Plenty of our Google reviews mention him by name.
Every technician carries state ID while working, as California requires, and the van wears the license number on the door.

A name with a reason behind it
Soufiane Gmira named the company in honor of his great-grandfather, who fought in Vietnam. The respect for people who served never left him, and it is the reason every active duty service member and veteran gets a discount from us.
Military and veteran discount. Mention it when you call. That is all it takes.
From the East Bay to Marin
Based in Concord. The van covers central Contra Costa and Lamorinda, the Tri-Valley, and Marin County from San Rafael to Sausalito.
What people ask before they call
Will opening my door damage it?
Almost never. Picking and bypass tools come first. Drilling is the last option, and we only drill after you have heard why and said yes.
How late can you come out?
We answer from 7:30 in the morning to 11:30 at night, seven days a week, weekends included. On the phone you get a real arrival time for your address, based on where the van is right then.
I lost my only car key. Do I need the dealer?
No. We cut and program a new key at the car, including push-to-start smart keys for most makes. You need proof that the car is yours.
My smart lock stopped working and I am locked out. Can you help?
Yes. Dead batteries, a lost code or an app that will not connect are common calls. We get you in, then get the lock working again or replace it.
Do you work on business doors and access control?
Yes. Card and fob readers, keypads, electric strikes, magnetic locks, door closers and panic bars, from one door to a whole building.
Do you have a store I can walk into?
No. Patriot is fully mobile and based in Concord. The shop is the van, and it comes to you.
